I’ve seen the list, and I’m not ruling out fighting this. But I’m not against retiring either - a couple of years earlier than planned, but I’ve been socking away in the 401K for a long time. I probably won’t be destitute.
See your point - if you were not eligible to retire yet that would be quite different.
