More disturbing though are the ever-increasing reports I’m reading and hearing of the Frontline Doctors dropping the ball, and taking people’s payments but never delivering.......

Ok here’s my experience with AFLD. I have paid twice once for myself once for my minor son, so $180 bucks. I received the consult and received scripts for zinc, HQC, Azthromzcin and Ivermectin. The first consult was on Sept 16th and the script was sent to Anbar Pharmacy in the Bronx, NY. I have not received a call from the pharmacy after leaving numerous messages. Just emailed AFLD to request the script be moved to another pharmacy.

The script for my minor son who just got over COVID, today was his first day back to school, was written on Sept 23. Downs Pharmacy in Saginaw, MI process the medicine and I received the Azthromycin and Invermectin yesterday.

In my case AFLD did everything they said they would do. My issue is with the pharmacy. I havent paid for the HQC yet so I not out any thing.

I received the following emails AFLD along the process. Check to see if you have the same emails.

First
Email verification.
Then
After visit summary
Then
Speak with an MD transaction summary
Finally
American Frontline Doctors Prescription written here where they give the pharmacy info name and phone number.

My husband spoke with an AFD doctor on Sept. 7, the day after he completed the online request and submitted payment information, which was on Labor Day. The doctor stated that the meds would be overnighted as husband had been exhibiting symptoms since Sept. 3 and our son and grandson had tested positive for the coof on Sept. 5.

A pharmacist called on Sept. 8, and said the meds would arrive in 2-3 days. We recieved no email verification, no confirmation or tracking number. When the meds finally arrived on Sept. 16, we marked the package as “Refused. Return to Sender” because husband had already completed taking the ivermectin we purchased from elsewhere. Payment was refunded by the pharmacy on Sept. 23.

On Sept. 10, husband sent an email to info@cadencehealth.us. I subsequently sent emails to the same address on Sept. 11, 13, and 18. The only email response we have received from AFD has been the email verification one. We have received no follow-up phone call either.

I suggest finding a different group.
