Walsh broke down how he thinks the "dirty Laundries," as he referred to the Laundrie family, helped their son cover up the incident connected to Petito’s death, including taking a suspicious family weekend trip upon his return home in a small attached camper.
"He scrubbed that van, the parents helped him," he said. "I know they got rid of the evidence… [Brian Laundrie] was in that camper when the father and mother went out, I would guarantee it. And I’ve been doing this 33 years."
"He was in that camper when they went on a little trip before [Petito] was reported missing and they bought him five extra days with that ruse," he continued. "That kid has been throwing red herrings everywhere."
The expert went on to suggest that law enforcement could have saved Petito’s life, especially if the 911 operator had reported the claim that Laundrie was seen putting his hands on Petito in Utah to the police. Instead, the cops' report was written up to target Laundrie as the victim.
"How the hell did the FBI and the North Port police let this kid slip out of the house?" he asked. "What the hell is going on?" Walsh asked.

Forensics can do amazing things. I watched a story where the life cycle of bugs told them when the person died and how long they'd been dead. They can tell animal teeth marks from weapon marks. They can also tell by types of dirt if a body was moved. I was really amazed. Since this is now a national story they'll used every avenue open to them.

I understand why people jump to hate him. In the video with the police he wasn’t very likeable.
Having said that, my son went through an abusive relationship with a crazy woman. There were two things that kept him out of jail:
1. Never wanting to disapoint his mother and I by hitting a woman.
2. He had a daughter with her and didn’t want her to ever see him being violent.
Meanwhile, his ex hit him with anything she could get her hands on, attempted to run him over twice, and emotionally tortured him.
She wasn’t a cute innocent looking blond, but she was attractive, and there were no outward signals that she was 100% batshit nuts.
The thing that finally brought him around to the fact that they needed to separate - She kicked the chocolate lab. Once she did that he realized their daughter was at risk.
The point is - We don’t know the dynamic of their relationship and dude just might have finally lost it on an abusive girl friend. We may never know the truth.
There were times in my son’s relationship with that witch where I would completely understand it if he retaliated in a very forceful manner. Also, I would have done everything to protect him if he had.

All the cops had was scratches on his face. And even with just that... They separated them. The police did what they could.
The police had a 911 call saying he was slapping her and she was crying. There was also a witness stating that he wouldn't let her in the van and had her phone.
According to a recently released written statement, the witness, identified only as Chris, told Moab police he was outside the Moonflower Community Cooperative near Arches National Park when he saw the couple in the middle of "some sort of dispute," KSTU reports.
In his statement, Chris wrote the couple were "talking aggressively" and could have been "play fighting," but it was hard to tell because "something definitely didn't seem right," according to WABC.
"It was as if this guy was trying to leave her, and maybe take her phone?" Chris wrote, adding that Gabby was punching Laundrie in the arm while trying to get back into the van in which they were traveling.
He noted when she made it back inside her vehicle, Gabby asked Laundrie, "Why do you have to be so mean?"
Another eyewitness called 911 to report the incident, telling the dispatcher Laundrie had been slapping Gabby.

NO, the facts were that HE had injuries, several of them. She admitted to hitting him with her phone upside the head.
She should have been arrested, spent the night in jail, had time to think, and maybe she would be alive today.
Dirty Laundrie is likely guilty, but let’s not make stuff up.
Arrest, trial, conviction. THEN he would be guilty, NOT before.
