I went to renew my drivers license. I am 66 years old, been married for many years and lived in this area for 8 years. I had to present my expiring drivers license, my birth certificate, my SS card, my marriage license and 2 pieces of mail at the address on my license. I had to do a vision test and get my picture taken. All this for proving who I am to renew my drivers license! To vote...nothing! Got registered online and got my ballot in the mail. Filled it out and mailed it in.

Phuck, I just bought a damned battery for a vape (for all of $2.15) and had to have the barcode on my DL scanned to be able to buy it. My vote is worth a WHOLE lot more than $2.15.
