You are assuming that Brian's family had anything to do with this event. Also given the current track record of the FBI, I would not make any comment. Remember all persons are innocent until proven guilty and they have the right to remain silent.
If we have learned anything from the last four years, let's wait for a complete investigation and not leaked information which benefits one side.

Innocent until proven guilty only applies to the end of a trial. If it applied to any point in time prior, no one would ever be arrested.
Who do you think caused this homicide? She was found within yards of where the van was parked.
