Pot roast in the crock pot/slow cooker. With some nice potato chunks, quartered onions, carrots. A little Worcestershire sauce, small can of beef broth and/or some packaged onion soup mix (add water). An amazing meal to have ready when arriving home after work in cool/cold weather.

YUM

Don’t the potatoes and carrots turn to mush?

Sounds almost identical to my recipe...only, I’ve recently replaced the Worcestershire and onion soup mix for coco aminos and fresh onions/garlic, etc.

One of hubby’s FAVE meals. Especially, the left overs!

I never use any liquid doing a roast in a crock pot.....not needed. The roast makes it’s own liquid......and a very rich gravy!
