Of course prior infection will be durable and more effective. We’ve thrown out 100+ years of virology on this while they say “follow the science”. Israel had been including previously infected and recovered among their “green passport” holders, but it is much easier to track people in a country that size and with a nationalized healthcare system.
In the USA, it will be very difficult to prove natural immunity. Each person basically has to figure it out for themselves and make their own choices. That is not something government likes to allow. So they sell us on “universal vaccination” like it’s a hamburger. Sloganeering is not science.
As a matter of fact, it's not difficult to determine and prove natural immunity at all. There are several very accurate serology test assays that do exactly that.
What HAS been extremely difficult, however, is actually getting access to the proper test. Here's a pretty good explanation why:
And by the way post # 32 in that thread (by me) details my difficulty in getting that test)

And another example why (watch the video):
The first problem is understanding what can be tested and which test is appropriate.
(and note: Semi-Quantitative Testing is NOT the one you need, but this outlines the process)
If you get the test from LabCorp, the one you need is SARS-CoV-2 Antibodies Nucleocapsid #164068
You will simply need to have your doctor order this test.
And you already know the "Spike" tests are inadequate, after all, you have the Spike protein vaccine already, and it diidn't work.
For the first step in simply understanding the tests, start here:
