I wasn't sure if I was doing it right because my first attempt (10mg of Melatonin with 100mg of Niacin) left me completely WIPED OUT. I mean, spent...like I'd been hit by a bus.
So, I backed off a bit.
Inspired by your reply I've upped my dose this morning to 20mg of Mel and 200mg of Nia. Fingers crossed.
Find the sweet spot, then radically up your dose according to that ratio until you reach your target dose.
