Highly unlikely. ;-) Last time I checked confirmed COVID-19 vaccine deaths were under 10 total for the USA (under 5 I think...would have to re-research that #).
As of May ‘21: 3 fatalities total from the most severe of vaccine (J&J only) side-effects called: “TTS” (”Thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome”):

No Myocarditis fatalities I don’t think.
789 cases of myocarditis or pericarditis as of June 2021...15 were still in the hospital and 3 in the ICU...no reported deaths as of June:

Around 7700 people die per day in the USA....~75% of USA population is vaccinated, so the potential for VAERS death reporting in the 5775 per day range if everyone reports a relative’s death. All have to be checked for a possible vaccine link (very rare).
