The hot chicks is a major problem in the U.S. Many men during college days became communists so they could get girls to date them.

My experience from college days (1960s) was that the chicks at the SDS meetings were bow-wows. Guys who went looking for action had to be really desperate.
As for our little jumped-up barkeep - I think she graduated B.U. by lying on her back. It's the only explanation for how she got a degree while being so monumentally dumb.
True story: A high school chum of mine became a professor there in the early '80s. He married and divorced a succession of his students. He would be "emeritus" now, but last I heard from him (about Y2K) he was on his fourth.
