There are 3.785 liters per gallon. So the math should be:

3.785 X $132.9 += $5.03 per gallon.

This is similar to what Romanian’s paid for gasoline in the early 2000’s.

Of course $33.00 = 1 million Lei at the time. In 2005 they switched to the new lei (Ron).
