It definitely says a Tech Executive, yep

And notice it says Tech Executive - 1

Now why would there be a 1 unless there was

A. A footnote listing which executive
B. And/or the 1 is first of a larger number of Tech Executives referenced somewhere else. (I'm still reading)

It also says on page 3: "Tech Executive-1 had exploited his access to non-public data at multiple internet companies to conduct opposition research concerning Trump"

It also says that this Tech Exec (which is referred to as a"he" so we know it is a male ((or identifies as a male)) enlisted the assistance of researches at a U.S. based university

BOOM!

Also. Doesn't hurt to post again for reference:

Tech exec 1 could also be Gates of Hell.

Your McAfee post says we will be hearing about Jack the Twit soon. We’ll see.
The crypto thing made me uncomfortable.

Die, Beautiful Spotted Lanternfly, Die

There’s a new natural predator in New York City, and the government wants us to kill it. Can we summon the resolve?

SNIP...”Mr. Biollo understood that the lanternfly is a problem for many reasons, but mostly because it zealously feeds on the sap of more than 70 plant species, leaving them susceptible to disease and destruction from other natural antagonists, threatening to set back the fight against climate change. In Pennsylvania, the issue is taken so seriously that the state issued a Spotted Lanternfly Order of Quarantine and Treatment, which imposes fines and even potential criminal penalties on anyone who intentionally moves the bug, at any stage of its life, from one sort of location to another via “recreational vehicles, tractors, mowers, grills” as well as “tarps, mobile homes, tile, stone, deck boards” or “fire pits.”...
