Dr(?) Dmitry Kats is not very impressive, rambles on and on, is he stoned?
Am listening now and I concur, it’s hard to focus on what he’s saying, because he doesn’t seem focused. He should have used an outline, preferably starting with the basics, and stuck to it. Instead, he is all over the place.
