I take Philips Colon Health Immunity formula daily. I know I had Covid two weeks ago. I immediately broke out the supplies I stockpiled to treat at home, including Emergen-C with zinc, tonic water and Mucinex. (I had already been taking high dose D3 for years.) I was back to feeling normal in 3 days.
I take Philips Probiotic daily, Vit D-3 5,000 units, Vit C 1,000 units, Zinc 50mg, Vit B-1, along w/ 24 Rxs. Hell, I can’t keep track. LOL.
