I have wondered if it is legal, for the Raiders to require vaccine passports to go to a football game.
Is this legally allowable, under some emergency powers of the governor of the state, or mayor of Las Vegas? But then aren’t such emergency powers dependent upon us living under an official state of emergency?
Emergency powers? There was a coup and we are all just now figuring it all out.
Good luck getting any refund. The ski resorts all closed last year and no ski pass credits were given.
