I remember people who had polio and small pox.
Horror diseases and the risk of vaccination were minimal
NOBODY gets chicken pox vaccines, they take their kids to chicken pox parties so the kids get the virus as young as possible to get immunity at an age when the virus has the least impact.
Arguably, we should be doing this with covid right now and for the same reasons

That's a good point which I've heard before but which kind of glanced off of me. Medical history is supposed to be private and confidential, and there are various laws against unlawful disclosure. So it is a good question whether a third party (other than you and your doctor) can demand that you reveal part of your medical history to them as a condition of entering a business.
Requiring it for employment could be a bit trickier, because some medical conditions - such as epilepsy - might make it unsafe for you to engage in certain kinds of work.

I think the ticket holders may have a good case for violation of contract. When they bought the tickets was there any mention of vaccine passport or the like in the small print? If not, the Raiders are changing the terms of the contract, possibly voiding the contract.

Don’t know how true this story is. Went over to NFL ticket exchange and the cheapest seats 3 hours before kick off is $190 and that’s upstairs in the nosebleeds.
