Good luck getting any refund. The ski resorts all closed last year and no ski pass credits were given.

Was never big into sports.
But cable tv and Fox News.
Both of which I gave up so long ago I don’t quite remember..20 years ago.
About the same time I started giving up on Bush.
I am glad now I never voted of Romney.. just couldn’t bring myself to do it.

Unless your state had specific medical privacy laws for third party’s HIPAA won’t help. So many people are so ignorant to what HIPAA actually is and does.

Third parties absolutely can ask for health information no where in the act does it prohibit that action even for covered entities. The act limits what those covered entity can do with that information. Since a stadium is in no way a covered entity they can ask for what ever information they please. It’s up to the individual if they choose to provide that requested information and the resulting actions of the business will depend on how that exchange takes place. People need to realise HIPAA was put in place to keep healthcare industry from discrimination of the gays with HIV it’s incidental that sometimes it protects health information between the individual and another covered entity.

https://www.hhs.gov/hipaa/for-individuals/guidance-materials-for-consumers/index.html

Who Must Follow These Laws

We call the entities that must follow the HIPAA regulations “covered entities.”

Covered entities include:

Health Plans, including health insurance companies, HMOs, company health plans, and certain government programs that pay for health care, such as Medicare and Medicaid.

Most Health Care Providers—those that conduct certain business electronically, such as electronically billing your health insurance—including most doctors, clinics, hospitals, psychologists, chiropractors, nursing homes, pharmacies, and dentists.

Health Care Clearinghouses—entities that process nonstandard health information they receive from another entity into a standard (i.e., standard electronic format or data content), or vice versa.

In addition, business associates of covered entities must follow parts of the HIPAA regulations

The Pfizer vaccine is not experimental since it’s been fully approved.

As an Army vet and military 20 plus year retiree, I will never watch another NFL game in this lifetime.

Kneeling athletes play under the blanket of freedom I supported my entire adult life and then claim America is racist and they are oppressed.

No NFL players ran into those burning buildings on 9/11. Screw the NFL.

They’re still using up old stock Pfizer vaccines under an extended EUA. The approval was issued for a vaccine labeled Comirnaty, which is not yet available in America.

University of Washington did something similar. Hope attendance tanks at all athletic events.

Approved in 6 months?

Anyhow, Attorney Robert Barnes says the FDA approval is not what the public thinks. This is because once the FDA approves a vaccine it has to by law revoke all the Emergency Use Authorizations (aka EUAs) of all the other vaccines. They did not reverse and revoke Pfizer’s EUA, Moderna’s EUA and Johnson & Johnson EUA.

Under Federal Law EUAs cannot be issued if there is already an FDA approved drug on the market. The way Big Pharma got around that with Ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, etc.. is to say they are only looking at other “vaccines”. Ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine are not considered vaccines. That the game they have been playing.

Plus under EUA there is no liability. Pfizer actually does not want FDA approval because then they are liable. What they approved is not even on the market.

No, parents no longer take kids to chicken pox parties. Maybe in the 1960s they did. Kids get chicken pox vaccines now.
