Any business that supports this (proposed) vaccine mandate needs to be destroyed. They have sold out to tyranny and deserve nothing. Nothing.
You keep repeating this like it is clever, but OSHA doesn’t work that way.
First, OSHA has very few enforcement officials. It would take more than 100 years for OSHA to inspect and enforce any mandate for the businesses with more than 100 employees.
Second, OSHA regulations don’t cover your “shopper in a grocery store” hypo, the law simply isn’t written that way.
Third, the OSHA mandate is patently unconstitutional. The statutory authority for the act even states (in part) “Nothing in this Act shall be construed . . . to enlarge or diminish or affect in any other manner the common law or statutory rights, duties, or liabilities of employers and employees under any law with respect to injuries, diseases, or death of employees arising out of, or in the course of, employment.” Nothing in the act treats a disease like a toxic substance (which was the intent with OSHA regulations) and nothing empowers OSHA to force vaccines (just like the CDC didn’t have power over evictions).
This is ultimately going to go to SCOTUS because there’s going to be competing appellate decisions from Courts of Appeals depending on whether a Republican or Democrat appointed said judges.

Fourth, many OSHA employees are not going to endanger themselves enforcing this Pfascism.
They will retire if they can, transfer if they can, take a leave of absence if they can, do “sidewalk” fake inspections or just quit if they have no other good options.
So—I can’t resist one hilarious .gov inspector story.
I knew this guy who was very old and frail but he still worked for .gov as a building inspector.
His doctor finally told him—no more driving and no more inspections.
He didn’t tell his bosses!
He faked it for many months before finally retiring.

This is raw socialism to force people to take a medicine that they do not want. Biden is holding to democratic principles, for sure. Biden is not a decent human being. He is a slob who would do this in hopes of causing people to forget the fiasco he caused in Afganistan. It sounds helpful, therefore people will not rise up in unison against it with about 70% already vaccinated. To him, it sounds like a win-win gamble. If he only knew what it will do to his party in the end. Wait until you see the results of the 2022 election.
The WH will see the polling on this and it won’t be enforced.
I think there is an op to get people angry and make online statements that will lead to mass arrests for "white supremacist terrorism" ahead of the midterm elections. It would be used to flood the news cycle about the dangers of conservatives and defang GOP attacks against leftist incumbents. Will have to wait and see if this happens.
