That standard is applicable when the opponent hasn't in any way revealed themselves to be a Nazi.

In the case of Biden, he revealed himself, his "handlers", whoever wrote that speech for him because he damn' sure isn't smart (or lucid) enough to write it, the Democrat Party and all of his voters FULLY last night to be NAZI FASCISTS.
