Imagine a college campus where everyone is vaccinated.
Now, the virus is spreading all over the place, and lots of the students are getting hospitalized and some are starting to die after the vaxxes (side effects in “breakthrough” cases).
They need someone to blame, and there are no unvaxxed folks to blame.

There _must_ be at least one person on campus who lied about their vaccination status, and we must search high and low and find them!
It is their fault this happened!
We will conduct antibody tests on everyone on campus until we find the unvaccinated person!
