There's a hell of a lot more behind this mandated vaccine than meets the eye, is this stuff mind altering, why the exemptions? Why are government employees exempt?

The majority of government employees are covered by union contracts.

Those contracts are negotiated between the government and different unions.

The union contracts describe in extreme detail the working conditions—and both management and labor are required to abide by those requirements.

Since the contracts do not explicitly require vaccinations, any vaxx requirement can not be instituted unilaterally by management—it requires a negotiated amendment to the contract.

This could take months—or years.
