IT seems to me that forcing your employees to take this against their will of be terminated is immoral enough that it makes all sorts of retaliation “acceptable”

Suspect major data leaks, customer information, and sabotage could spike in the near future.

Most folks just move on after they are terminated from a job, however in this case it could become so expensive for certain employers as to not be worth it.
