I think Mark Dice has been suspended from Youtube before. I copied the transcript of the video. It's computer generated so it makes phonetic mistakes and lacks punctuation.

To try to make it clear he was approaching different people, I added some punctuation and some descriptive content and posted the transcript here,

Near the end of the video, a man asks incredulously, "this is a joke, right?" and Dice admits it is, shows him the petition with signatures noting how many signed it. The man says, "Well, they're all idiots." Dice agrees and shakes his hand, thanking him for not being an idiot. :D

I did not do the breakout by gender, but definate more women in the yes, and men in the no categories. Sigh.
