We take 500 per day, using a prophylactic protocol from Dr Zelenko
500 mg Quercetin
1000 mg Vitamin C
5000 IU Vitamin D3
25 mg Zinc
500 mg Quercetin
We also take at least 10 mg melatonin
We have added Vitamin K2 100 mcg. It is good for a lot of things, binding calcium to bones, preventing hard deposits in arteries and reducing risk of dying from heart disease. Here is a link if you want to know more.
