US diplomat slams Russian internet slurs

"US diplomat Jen Psaki has hit back at Russia's "propaganda machine", accusing it of being behind a series of internet slurs mocking her for stumbling over her words."

There's definitely some Americans there in the video. Not sure if active duty though. At first the guy is yelling USA USA and says "This American" (meaning this is an American, I presume) Later though they seemed to be chanting "LIBERTE" (French speakers there for Liberty) I post because there's defintely some white hats present.
I'm guessing ex Special Forces guys. I could be wrong. We're watching a movie. And it is getting weirder,
