Don't know how much teeth this has or how the Indian Court system works but FWIW. The Indian Bar Association is not insignificant

India charges WHO Scientist Soumya Swaminathan for Mass Murder: The beginning of Accountability

some excerpts:

"In particular, the Indian Bar brief referenced the peer-reviewed publications and evidence compiled by the ten-member Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC) group and the 65-member British Ivermectin Recommendation Development (BIRD) panel headed by WHO consultant and meta-analysis expert Dr. Tess Lawrie.”"

"Acting for the Indian Bar Association, Dipali Ojha said the WHO official is accused of misconduct because she used her position as a public health official to further the agenda of special interests to maintain an Emergency Use Authorization for the lucrative vaccine industry."

"Dipali Ojha further stated that the Indian Bar Association is bringing action under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code against Dr. Soumya Swaminathan and others, for murder of each person who died due to obstruction of treatment of Covid patients with Ivermectin. Punishment under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code is death or life imprisonment."

Goes with 1080

Exclusive: Prince Andrew is served with legal papers at his home in Britain and sued for sexual assault by Jeffrey Epstein accuser Virginia Roberts, who claims she was forced to have sex with him as a teen

note this ---> (because of how this works, the fact that the papers were accepted on his behalf is legally binding that he was served, even if they never give them to him. He i served - period)

"According to a document filed on Friday, an affidavit of service was served at the Duke of York's home in Windsor, England, on August 27."

"An agent working on behalf of Virginia Roberts handed the papers over to police officers at the property, who agreed to hand them to the prince, according to the papers."

"The agent had tried the day before but was rebuffed and told that staff had been 'primed' not to accept any documents, the papers state."

"When the agent returned the next day, the police officers at the gate of Royal Lodge, Andrew's official residence, changed their mind and allowed him to leave the paperwork."
