Oh, I know. I didn't buy the house for the solar, I can tell you that! I am sure it was bought because all the credits are front loaded. I will still be paying on the solar for 14 more years. It is HARD to buy a decent house in Phoenix at a reasonable price right now, and I think the unpaid-for solar scared away some competing bids. By the time it is paid for, it will be near the end of its useful life.
