I am not quite sure why this has got your panties in a wad. We have a big problem with shoplifters where we live and anything to discourage this is good as far as I am concerned. You probably should spend less time in the beer and wine departments.

That is an necessary personal attack. Robots that clean spill and restock shelves are benign enough, and loss prevention is OK too. But these are jobs that PEOPLE can do. The Stop'n'Shop robots makes shopping uncomfortable because they follow people around, steer them, and cut them off. It also is just a pre-curser to controlling behavior, such as the robots in Singapore.

The robots were installed at the same time all the "Social Distancing", Masking, Tape-on-the-Floor One way aisles and other COVID restrictions were put in. It's all about power and control. Why would you be so hostile to a fellow conservative and so enamored of Robocops anyway?
