They are both the same drug, manufactured to the same standards, differing only in dose concentration.
People would use the “Human type” with the appropriate doses if they could get it, but they can’t. That is only for people outside the USA.
If you can calculate the dose correctly (or have someone help you do it) there is little to worry about when taking the “horse medicine” (seems to be their favorite characterization)
This is the thing: The powers that be are interested in vaccination, masking, distancing, and quarantining. They have shown minor interest in antibodies. And no interest other than that in treatment, except putting people on ventilators.
That strikes me as quite odd.
