The trial using 168mg (Krolewiecki) did not have good results. It was one of the very few that had a negative impact (-152%).

Thanks, I was going to post the meta-analysis but you saved me the trouble. Very clear the reporter who wrote this BS article didn’t think it was necessary to read any clinical trial data.
