I don't know about a grade schooler, I was using your vernacular, but since it is OSINT(Open Source Intelligence) I can give you the UNCLASS version. He is looked upon as god by some in the Navy/USMC intel. The rest of us are skeptical about his claims re: OSINT's superiority. @ School you have a SCIF and wonderful access. He disputes that FORN would produce 'OSINT' via articles that had a hint of credence. He was adamant that the worldwide press would prevent planted stories.
