Did you know the statins they push are literally 70% niacin altered with an extended release filter so makes it toxic and highly inferior. So if you’re on a statin and want to try the NIATONIN protocol, I’d suggest you set the statin aside for a while.

P.S. I had to look up what statins were. I don’t take any since, so far, I don’t have high cholesterol. It sounds like people who are taking statins could be taking niacin instead to reduce their cholesterol.

Is the niacin/melatonin regime a daily one for the rest of a person’s life instead of whatever medications a doctor is prescribing?

That might be an interesting thing to try. I’ve been on a statin for years and my cholesterol is fine… I was thinking of trying to ease off the dosage.
