Awesome dig. However, much to my chagrin, I don’t believe natural dietary niacin is going to be able to get people out of the hole they’ve dug their entire life. It’s been depleted from the soil just like magnesium. Supplementation is necessary.
Maybe...I’m not on the same wavelength regarding the necessity of vitamin/mineral supplements. We can agree to disagree. :-D
Probably depends on if people eat a seriously good diet or not.
