Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

Take a wild guess Patriots.
I clicked it, and simply got an e-book on niacin as pictured, in .pdf file format, which I perused and then downloaded for future reference. No further issues of any kind ensued for me. Should I be concerned? I have Bitdefender, and it did not flag it, nor does it report blocking any web threats today. It looks like the file should be fine, to me.
