I was in Walmart this morning and I was lucky enough to grab the last couple of half gallons of Vanilla Almond milk. Almond milk is becoming harder to find.

My European Cheeses were nowhere to be found and I can no longer find the large boxes of pre-sliced Tennessee Pride Sausage.

The last several trips to purchase groceries, I’ve encountered empty and almost empty shelves.

I’m becoming concerned.

Almond milk is becoming harder to find.

THAT product shortage is likely due to the water shortages in CA, and high demand worldwide for almond products. Some searching will show that the subject has been beat to death on FR. But, suffice it to say, given the average climate in CA over the last several thousands of years, and the present population, almonds are an unsustainable product, there. As are several others. Even some of the fisheries are probably only sporadically practical.
