I agree. We've been through a couple years now of enhanced unemployment and stimulus, a lot of people have made more money staying home than working.

Yep, companies have to accommodate their laziness just to have employees show up.

That’s not about work ethic that is a rational choice. If I make more money doing nothing nothing is what you get. This is basic economics

If not mistaken, the $300/week Federal assistance for unemployment ends on September 6. Won't that cause a "re-calibration" of labor markets of some type?
