Part of it is work ethics. I agree. We've been through a couple years now of enhanced unemployment and stimulus, a lot of people have made more money staying home than working.

That’s not about work ethic that is a rational choice. If I make more money doing nothing nothing is what you get. This is basic economics

We've been through a couple years now of enhanced unemployment and stimulus, a lot of people have made more money staying home than working. If not mistaken, the $300/week Federal assistance for unemployment ends on September 6. Won't that cause a "re-calibration" of labor markets of some type?
