Interesting.

So monoclonal therapy doesn’t result in long term immunity?

What recovering without it? My titers were still high in July, and I give again in a week so I am curious.

monoclonal therapy infuses you with lab created antibodies. As such they will attack the virus as they are designed to do but will blunt your natural antibody response by neutralizing their virus before you mount a response. It likely depends on the timing of monoclonal therapy and the severity of the case but one should not assume they have robust natural immunity after receiving monoclonals. HOWEVER this is not a reason to avoid monoclonal therapy which is the best treatment we currently have
