If we continue to tell fully vaccinated that breakthrough infections are rare/uncommon, when they feel ill, they don't think it's COVID, so they don't get tested.

Fully vaxxed can get it & they can spread it.

We have 1/4 of admissions and ICU patients are vaccinated.
