Florida has already turned the corner on case numbers, and deaths will follow, as sure as night follows day.
I tend to agree on the former, and if so the latter will hold strongly, and surely the CFR will be a lot lower for this wave, than the last one. However, the steep fatalities peak shown on WorldoMeters for FL, recently, is a data artifact, as was discussed in that thread.
The fall in deaths in FL is likely because of DeSantis’s aggressive push for monoclonal antibody treatments.
