There is about to be a major recruiting crisis in the military.

If there isn’t a change the US Submarine Fleet and Aircraft Carrier Fleet will be crippled due to lock of personnel.

$100,000 re-enlistment bonuses can barely keep enough nuclear sailors in prior to this.

Friends of mine long ago off the line are literally too PO'd to speak since Kabul and I don't want to think about the things those young Marines/Soldiers/Sailors are feeling right now.

Anybody even know an active duty MIL type really needs to call and talk or better yet just call so you can just let them talk.

Been there, done that and I know it helped.
