Do you like tomato gravy?
I don’t even like tomato soup.
I’m on the couple of Italian recipe groups, I can’t stand it when they call Pasta sauce gravy. So strange. I guess I just didn’t grow up that way. Perhaps it’s a sicilian thing.
My mom still prefers dark gravy on everything as I do,her roots are Louisiana/french from her family!
I got the best of both sides! ha!
It took me forever to make milk/white gravy for my kids father! You know for Chicken fried steak! ha!
Not everyone likes a roux for gravy like my mother and me! :)
