I figured health care would be mandated via the Medi/Medi connection. Also, the federal contractees language covers a whole lot of territory as there are relatively few types of business that don’t rely on some other sort of federal subsidization.
Having said that, one has to wonder where this bumps into 10th Amendment States Rights. For example, several states, including my own and (I believe) Arizona have passed no-vaxx mandate laws.
Well, they have 75 days to get this straightened out. Time to put up or shut up. This might required TWO strongly worded letters.
