Based on the drugs that were listed, I would say illegal drugs.
But then again, a lot of countries have legalized drugs that are not legal in the US. Just look at marijuana.
I’ve read the Mexican cartels are now turning to avocado production to make their money. They’re legal and easy to grow. Just another reason I refuse to eat the things. LOL

About 15 years ago, I took a wonderful drug for pain which was legal in Indonesia, but not the US. Sadly, it has been made illegal there, too. It was a combo drug of diazepam and methampyrone. It really worked on my back pain.
