Interesting it was in 2005. I ‘thought’ I read (here of course) that this current congress passed something. Guess they didn’t need to.
Well, we are BIG into saying that if a company doesn’t trust their product enough to give it a good warranty, we don’t trust it either. (Typically with cars, electronics, etc, but I’m using the same scenario with vaccines now)

I’m not sure. I don’t think he thinks it was all done legally, but due to his apieness, he doesn’t want confrontation, issues, problems, anything to disturb his world. He won’t be the one leading the revolt. He ‘might’ join in at the tail end of the troops though.
He can only handle one thing at a time, so now it’s the flooring. I won’t press the issue on politics now. I only did because he asked me about the vaccine. So now he’s off reading about Dr. Malone’s warnings - and might be hyperventilating that he shouldn’t have got the shot. So I’m saying nothing for now.

I have a story about Portland.
Our nephew and his family live in an older part of Portland but it is by no means a bad part of town.
Just recently a neighbor who lives 2 doors down woke up to find his Ford F-150 had been stolen.
He called the police to report the theft, Portland’s police force is very understaffed and they said they would take the info and keep an eye out for his truck but didn’t give him much hope.
Neighbor decides he better get proactive and posted a picture of the truck, his license plate number, and contact info on social media.
A day later he got a call, guy had found his truck at a homeless encampment.
Neighbor called police and was told they would try and check it out but didn’t sound encouraging so he got some friends and they went and reclaimed the truck.
The next morning he hears some noise outside his home and thought they’ve come to steal my truck again.
He went out the front door and was shot, haven’t heard what his current condition is.
My SIL is frantic and wants her son and family to move but his wife won’t, like I said this is not a bad neighborhood.
This kind of stuff is happening all over Portland.
My SIL and BIL did sell their home there and moved to Yuma but they go back in the summer for doctors appointments, bought a lot 2 hours out of Portland and can park their motorhome where the people are nice and not crazy.

(a)General rule
Except as provided in subsections (b), (c), and (e) State law shall apply to a civil action brought for damages for a vaccine-related injury or death.
(b)Unavoidable adverse side effects; warnings
(1)No vaccine manufacturer shall be liable in a civil action for damages arising from a vaccine-related injury or death associated with the administration of a vaccine after October 1, 1988, if the injury or death resulted from side effects that were unavoidable even though the vaccine was properly prepared and was accompanied by proper directions and warnings.
(2)For purposes of paragraph (1), a vaccine shall be presumed to be accompanied by proper directions and warnings if the vaccine manufacturer shows that it complied in all material respects with all requirements under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act [21 U.S.C. 301 et seq.] and section 262 of this title (including regulations issued under such provisions) applicable to the vaccine and related to vaccine-related injury or death for which the civil action was brought unless the plaintiff shows—
(A)that the manufacturer engaged in the conduct set forth in subparagraph (A) or (B) of section 300aa–23(d)(2) of this title, or
(B)by clear and convincing evidence that the manufacturer failed to exercise due care notwithstanding its compliance with such Act and section (and regulations issued under such provisions).

In listening to Glenn Beck this morning the plane that the State Dept./Taliban cleared to fly out of Mazar-e-Sarif to the Kabul airport then fly out of there, IS NOT ANY OF THE FOUR PLANES GLENN BECK’s CHARITY HAS AT MAZAR-E-SARIF. The State Dept. is STILL holding those planes HOSTAGE.
I believe the ONLY reason this plane today was given permission is because Glenn Beck is getting the word out and Biden and the State Dept are LOOKING REAL BAD. So they let this happen and NOW they will take credit for this bunch. I heard Jen Piss-aki this morning say they didn’t know how many Americans were on this plane.
