So can’t aspirin, Tylenol, cough medicines all sold over-the-counter- etc etc etc- But when taken as directed- there is very very little risk of overdosing-
Funny how a medicine that has been taken for decades very safely for many ailments all of a sudden is ‘too dangerous for folks to take’ now that covid has arrived-

There are idiots in any population. That said, I highly doubt there are “a lot” of people self-administering it in horse quantities. Do you have any sort of back up on that?
A few, maybe, even likely. But not a lot.
The vials are clearly graduated based on weight with 250 pound major increments, and minor increments between each major. I seriously doubt anyone is stupid enough to take an entire 1250 pound regimen.
