Very well said. Your post it what makes FR special. People on other sites, if a prominent conservative died, would be doing cartwheels.
Like our mothers used to say, if you can’t say anything nice... ;)

Probably from remorse for supporting Biden so publicly.

Good actor, but stridently hateful to anyone who thought differently about society than he did. Sort of like Rob Reiner.
Harry Belafonte may also be about due for that special
Knock-Knock; Who’s There? Interuption of his routine.

Church sermon was about amends and forgiveness today- This is a good place to apply I guess-

We will never know, for sure
Asner was an excellent actor with a terrific range from comedy to drama. Yes he was a commie. But he was a damn good actor.

Huh, I never would have guessed he still drew breath.
Beyond that, as Mama said, if you can’t say nothing nice, don’t say nothing at all.

He will be voting for Biden 2024.
The only way this gets better is if you had Rob Reiner

What if a person goes to the next world with "x" judgment set, based on a complete assessment of everything he did and why. Perfectly balanced.
But then along come those who don't know the whole story, to hurl curses at the body.
Well great, now the scale is knocked out of balance with the extra heap of improper judgments that weren't there before.
Now some of the original judgment load would have to be removed in order to restore the balance.
I'd rather just leave things as-is. :)
RIP, Lou Grant.

Ah, but there is a hidden, little-known edit function. It comes out only in the wee hours of the morn.
Isn’t that right, Admin Moderator? ;-)
