I would like to point out the late Sgt Gee was a UNITED STATES MARINE.
Sgt Gee was a maintenance technician, not an infantryman.
Gee, a maintenance technician with the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit, was from Roseville, Calif., Stars & Stripes reported.
Gee was a “model Marine,” according to Capt. Karen Holliday, who mourned Gee’s loss on her personal Facebook page.
“She was doing God’s work…..a warrior,” Holliday wrote, adding that Gee had recently earned a meritorious promotion to sergeant and boasted perfect fitness scores.
Gee had been assigned to assist women and girls at Kabul’s Hamid Karzai International Airport as they fled Taliban repression.
...She was doing what she loved to do.
God bless Sgt. Gee. We owe her a debt we can never repay. Screw all the ingrates who can’t appreciate that.
By all accounts she was a great Marine but she would likely have been an even better wife and mom.

Agreed I have a very hard time feeling patriotic about a nation that sends its young mothers into combat. I do not approve. Yes I know she is a volunteer. She should have been turned down.
A nation that sends its young women to be killed in war, while millions of young men stay home to play video games on govt. “unemployment” benefits, is a nation that is circling the drain toward its doom.
If anybody needs an explanation why American women in their 20s are more valuable to the future of our nation than an American man in his 20s, taht person is a PC/CRT/Woke is idiot who could not get a job in a pet shop or on a farm, and probably believes that “men can get pregnant.”

She wasn’t in the Army.
She’s a Marine and A Marine Sergeant and probably better trained to fight than 80% of all members of the US military.
She had a PREFECT Marine Psychical fitness test, that alone says that she was more capable than a lot of MARINES.
