That lower picture is NOT Joe Biden, it was taken on the 9th of August, leaving for Camp David from Wilmington.
The lower picture is supposedly JILL Biden. Both Bidens have had boots. Didn’t you read my children’s book “Two Boots For Bidens”? :D
