Well, i’m sure you know, the whole scaffolding and trap door mechanism is designed to kill instantly and without suffering rather than putting a rope around someone’s neck and hoisting them up and let them dangle and choke to death. It’s a merciful device as well. When you start down the road of a gruesome crime should result in a comparatively gruesome execution, things get ugly fast.
Thanks for more explanation, I did not know that.
Basically those who deserve the death penalty just need to be removed from the planet asap. They may deserve much more suffering (no worry, they will get it after death), but for others to have to administer and/or witness, it’s too much.
“. . .When you start down the road of a gruesome crime should result in a comparatively gruesome execution, things get ugly fast.. . .”

This is true. When we embrace this, we become what we hate and feel justified doing so.
After Falluja, I wanted that town to burn, every man, woman, child and animal , burned to glass, burned forever, killed. (I still feel that way) The same with Benghazi. I want those involved to burn. What does that make me?
If my enemies do not seek forgiveness, am I justified in my hatred? I scare myself sometimes , because I believe I could watch the slow death of those that have harmed America, Americans and most recently our service dogs!
