Holy crap. That reminds me of May 3, 1999 (central OK, F-5, 318 mph winds), and 05/31/13 (El Reno, OK, 2.6 MILES wide, 295 mph winds.)
Lived a city block away from the 05/03/99 destruction. Will never forget it. Asphalt sucked off the road bed. Grass sucked out of the ground. A mile of chain-link fence blown away from the western edge of Tinker AFB. It was never found.

yes, and F-5 is a ‘pavement ripper’; worst possible.
